WPP's G2 Acquired Refinery

WPP.jpgWPP Group PLC's G2 Worldwide has acquired interactive ad agency Refinery for an undisclosed sum. The advertising conglomerate has been expanding around the world recently with acquisition of Chinese marketing agency Star Echo and Spanish data firm MDS Boole. Philadelphia-based Refinery has 79 employees, and its clients include Merrill Lynch, Merck, Amgen, and Campbell's.
